Early prevention efforts require increased knowledge among strategic groups such as women of reproductive age.</p> <p><strong>Purpose</strong>: This study aims to analyse the effect of providing health education videos on improving knowledge of stunting prevention among adolescent girls</p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: This study employed a quasi-experimental design using a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The sample consisted of 316 WUS respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data on knowledge were collected using a questionnaire assessing knowledge levels that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using the nonparametric Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: The study results showed an increase in the mean score for respondents’ knowledge of stunting by 2.4304 following the intervention. Bivariate analysis revealed a p-value of 0.001 (< 0.05), demonstrating a significant difference in respondents’ knowledge levels before and after the intervention.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions</strong>: The use of health education videos was shown to significantly increase knowledge of stunting prevention among women of reproductive age.
